About the Studio
The Three Owls Studio is nestled in a mountain village in Southeastern British Columbia. Started in an off-grid cabin, using a beloved old human-powered sewing machine, the toy studio continues to maintain a tradition of lovingly handcrafted, one of a kind treasures.
Artist Lara Blackman designs and creates each character from treasured natural textiles, repurposed into these unique treasures.
